Hey, I'm Christine!

A personal trainer, health coach, and someone who’s learned how to take care of herself through life’s most challenging seasons, one small, consistent step at a time.

For over 20 years, I’ve helped people who’ve spent years stuck in the all-or-nothing cycle finally build habits that feel good — around food, fitness, and how they care for themselves. My approach isn’t about rigid plans or chasing perfection. It’s about showing up, getting curious, and creating a way of living that actually fits you.
